Damaged Products & Returns Policy
You're getting your product direct from the factory, delivered free to a warehouse or dock in selected cities across America. Less handling means less potential for damage. In the unlikely event your product is damaged, we make it as easy as possible to return your purchase to the location where you picked it up.
When picking up your product, examine the external packaging. If deemed necessary, open the packaging to examine the product. If not opening the product, note any damage to the packaging at the time you sign for your order.
If you do not thoroughly examine your product at time of pickup, it is critical to do so within 3 days of pickup. If you discover any product damage within 3 days of pickup, you must immediately notify us by phone or email to request a Return Authorization.
Do not return your purchase without first receiving a Return Authorization number from our customer service department at 800-214-4445. After a Return Authorization is issued, your purchase may be returned at your expense to the original pickup location. You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
