I have been wanting a stand mixer for quite a while but didn't want to spend the dollars. My husband bought me this as an early Christmas present and I am still thrilled every time I have a reason to use it. What was I thinking? The only thing that could be better is if it made dinner all by itself

After many years, I finally decided to buy a KitchenAid stand mixer. I tested it on one of my most difficult cookie dough recipes and was so happy with the outcome. It has the power to mix the dough, the paddle is so easy to clean out, and I was lucky enough to get the bonus 3 quart bowl! Highly recommended.
