I never had a toaster with such even toasting. The keep warm feature is great and it really shows its quality by it heavy construction as compared to other toasters. It took me a while to get past the price but I found it on sale and it made my deciston easier. I look forward to many years of use

This toaster is wonderful!...It makes the best toast we've ever had....My husband loves it...He said it's the first toaster to make bread "toasted" all the way through....not just toasted on the outside and soft on the inside....It is beautiful to look at...I got medallion silver to match our mixer...We love the all the features and they do just what they say they will!

Place the desired bread slices in the toaster and carry on with your cooking. When the toast is ready a very discrete cling will announce its ready; leave it in and will stay warm or remove it and the toaster will turn off automatically after 10 seconds. Oh, did I mention the elevator ride? Once the slice is placed in the toaster, the bred is slowly lowered and when its ready the toast its raised in the same slow motion...I love it!!! I never thought I will get so excited about a toaster, well done KitchenAid.

I purchased this toaster about two months ago and it's the best toaster I've ever owned.So elegant and retro looking but with state of the art electronics inside.It makes toasting bread a fun experience!My wife and I couldn't be happier with it.Very solid and sturdy and looks great on the countertop as well.No more hiding the toaster in a cupboard for us!The most advanced toaster on the market.A bit pricey but well worth it for the quality you are getting.We have the candy apple red version.

On a tous été impressionné par son apparence, son poids et la qualité des matériaux. Mais au moment de l'utiliser nous avons tous été déçus. Premièrement, lorsque nous l'utilisons pendant un déjeuner la première toats est à notre goût puis les suivantes sont de plus en plus cuites sans que nous ajustions le grille-pain. Il n'a aucun régularité. Ensuite, les toast ne sont pas cuites égales de chaque côté et cela est remarquable. Dernière chose, lorsque les toast restent coincées que devons nous faire ? Car jusqu'à date, le système qui s'abaisse automatiquement est resté coincé plusieurs fois et il n'y a aucun moyen physique sur l'appareil pour régler le problème. Oui côté esthétique nous avons aucun mot à dire, mais pour sa fonction première qui est de cuire nos toats à chaque matin pour le prix qu'il vaut, nous étions plus satisfaits avec notre ancien grille-pain à 20$ qui était toujours constant dans la cuisson.

A first class toaster with amazing features. Love that you just have to press the button a little longer, cause not all breads toast the same. Love the lighted front when the toaster is working. The cool touch exterior is great. The quality of the finishing is excellent. The beep sound when the toasts are done is pleasant to hear and not too loud. This toaster lowers the bread automatically and when done if you don't grab it right away, it keeps the toast warm. The quality of a commercial grade toaster in an elegant shape. I just love this toaster.

I bought the 4 slice version of this toaster and our family loves it. The quality is very evident - it is heavy and sturdy. Love the automatic feature. 5 year warranty shows that this is a quality product. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Other toasters that we have bought only last a year or so before they start toasting unevenly etc. Also love the frozen, and bagel features. Looks great on my counter too.

I saw this at London Drugs, awesome, got one for Christmas, l love it, it is great and the color, which l got the red one but it looks good in my kitchen. Love the large slots to use for bagels, muffins and texas toast.
