5-Year Date of Purchase Service Plan - The service plan term begins on the date of product purchase. Although other terms of coverage may be available, only the 5-year plan offers the 50% back guarantee.

On-Site Service – Your plan provides for on-site service. If you live beyond a 25-mile radius or the normal service radius of an authorized service center, you may be required to pay additional time and/or mileage charges.
